bad service
I flew with this airline twice: from Tel Aviv to New Jersey on November 28, 2025, and back on December 16. On the outbound flight, I had a headache and the crew gave me a pill and water to take it. On the return flight, they refused to provide free water, even after I explained that I needed it to take my medication. I don’t know whether the rules have changed or the crew was simply unhelpful, but this is unacceptable.
